Shipping & Returns

Delivery:
Delivery costs will vary depending on the final size and destination of the artwork. This cost will be made clear at the point of ordering. Delivery will be provided for by specialist couriers and they may require for someone to be present to sign and collect the artwork. It is the sole responsibilty of the customer to ensure that someone is available to take delivery and One blank Wall company cannot be held responsible for any late, lost or unforseable event caused by a delivery not being met. You shall be deemed to have accepted the goods 3 days after receiving delivery.

Returns:
The One Blank Wall Company will accept returns at any time before the goods are deemed to have been accepted (3 days after delivery). We will not accept returns without prior agreement. On receipt of the returned item in "as new" condition The One Blank Wall Company will fully refund all cleared payments and reimburse all delivery charges. The artwork will then be deemed to be owned by One Blank Wall Company.

Copyright:
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that any image that they present for transformation into an artwork is copyright free or that the copyright is owned by the customer themselves. The One Blank Wall Company will take no responsibility for any breach of copyright caused through painting or printing an image supplied by a customer.
